I need a diagram for the inertia switch. Check the brown wire that goes to the inertia switch then see if inertia switch has power on both sides it could be just a bad switch.

Thanks for the diagram but although you state that it is there the inertia switch is missing. The 3 terminal pressure switch has an extra terminal that can be used exactly like the oil pressure warning light. Push the inertia switch down to make sure it is on harness ground make sure that any coating on the frame is removed before attaching grounds so that a good contact is made. I imagine that it is in series with the connection from the fuse box to the solenoid of the cut out relay or from the solenoid of the cut out relay to the oil pressure switch. Are you sure you have the right switch. Running a 91 mustang computer.
