Baofeng speaker mic wiring diagram. I harvested a cheap baofeng handheld speakermicrophone for its cable although you can buy them here the kenwood type and bought a 35mm trrs plug from digi key. To be certain clip the microphone off the cord and check the continuity between the white wire and the sleeve on the small plug. This speaker mic qhm22 is the heavy duty version speaker mic you have been looking for. Note 2i have received a few baofeng speakermics that dont work.
